ABOUT THE PHOENIX KIDS CLUB

Shanell Williams, CEO of Phoenix Kids Club
Hello Elite Parents,

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Shanell Williams, CEO & Director of The Phoenix Kids Club, also known as PKC. I started PKC because I overstand as a single parent, the challenge in finding affordable and quality care can sometimes be extremely difficult. I overstand the difficulty in leaving your child in the care of another and feeling uneasy about the decision because you're filled with great anxiety. How do I know? Because I am a mother of 3 beautiful children who once attended childcare, both in-home and at a daycare facility. I remember having to pay more than $300 a week and not being pleased with the service or the cost, but I felt I had no choice because without care for my kids, I could not work. Without my job, I could not provide -- so as a single parent, I did what most single parents would do . . . I stuck it out and made it work.

I started The Phoenix Kids Club to provide a safe and reliable place for kids to enjoy being kids. It's the perfect opportunity to grant the kids freedom to explore the world, peers, and opportunities around them. Not to mention, our program helps and assist those parents that may be going through all of the same challenges I went through as well. Normal childcare is over-rated, over-priced, and lacks quality and true reliability. Phoenix Kids Club IS NOT LIKE ANY OTHER DAYCARE FACILITY, we are a MEMBERSHIP BASED PROGRAM, similar, but very different from the Boys and Girls Club of America. I want to welcome you in advance to the Phoenix Kids Club and I look forward to meeting you soon. It takes a village to raise a child, and together, we are all the village.

Sincerely,

Our Philosophy
Philosophy for our times

We believe that we will ultimately increase opportunities to learn, evolve, and grow through the mental, physical, and emotional development of our children by elevating our youth intellectually and through positive parental involvement.

Our History
History

Founded in August 2020, The Phoenix Kids Club's staff and owner has over 30 years of combined experience with caring for children.

What is the Phoenix Kids Club?

The Phoenix Kids Club is a forward-thinking business that is changing the way child care is given, communities are formed, information is shared, and families find their way through the world. Exceptional service and luxurious amenities are our specialty. We're cutting edge when it comes to comprehensive service packages. Similar to how Uber revolutionized the taxi industry, PKC is changing the way society thinks about daycares, Boys & Girls Clubs and other similar organizations that care for children. PKC has carved itself a unique niche in the market by earning parents' confidence with its low prices, wide range of options, strong sense of community, and dependable staff. Our exclusive membership package alleviates the following concerns for parents:

- A lack of available assistance,
- Being a burden on someone else,
- And parents can forget about having to pay extra for things like early drop-offs, late pick-ups, and other annoyances.

PKC improves the Staff-Parent interaction by creating a setting that is secure, tidy, and conducive to families. We provide convenient PKC sites where both parents and their children may feel safe and at ease.

More About Us & What We Offer

PKC Kids is a membership-based family program that continues to fulfill its purpose of contributing to the entire enrichment and development of its members by providing for their basic necessities, helping them with their schoolwork, mentoring them, and keeping an eye on their general development. Our youngsters and their parents are invited to participate in fun and educational programs where they may learn vital fundamentals like leadership, communication, and life and business management skills.

There is a balanced environment here for the kids and their parents. Our mission is to provide a family oriented environment filled with warm welcomes, love, guidance, mentorship, and full support for our PKC parents and children, and our innovative kids club membership does just that by providing a safe and clean space filled with activities, structure, and exploratory opportunities based on their ages.

To achieve this goal, we have formed a strategic alliance with T.I.E Elite Network, LLC., a well regarded firm that helps people reach their full potential in four key areas of life—spirituality, holistic health, relationships, and finances—through personalized, one-on-one support and guidance. The PKC goes above and above by reducing the financial burden on families so they may enjoy all the benefits of membership. Providing these services, we are able to assist struggling parents in regaining a sense of control over their own life, and this is because of the high quality of the services provided.

Our Fight Against Covid-19
Furthermore, in today's society, with the COVID-19 Pandemic sweeping our nation, we understand the importance of being solution oriented, especially in the prevention and fight of COVID-19. We enforce the following strict COVID-19 policies, procedures, and taking these preventative measures to contribute to the dismantling of the virus altogether. Here's how we plan to participate in the prevention and fight against COVID-19 within our facility:

  • Upon entering into our facility, parents must wear face masks, or they will not be granted access.
  • All PKC Staff are required to wear approved PKC face shields whenever interacting with families.
  • All kids, parents, and staff entering our facility are screened for fevers to ensure they have a normal temperature.
  • Kids are immediately instructed to take off all shoes, coats, hats, and scarfs and place them inside their individually assigned and sanitized cubbies.
  • Once our PKC Kids have stored their belongings, they go straight to the bathroom without touching anything to wash their hands with PKC approved antibacterial soap.
  • PKC Kids are guided to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before and after each transitional activity.
  • All items within the facility, including toys, tables, chairs, remotes, and more are deeply sanitized at the beginning, middle, and end of every shift.
  • All meals such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are prepared with clean gloves.

It is our #1 mission and goal to serve our PKC Family in a safe, fun, and friendly manner.
