Thank you for choosing the Phoenix Kids Club as your choice of care for your child. Please complete the following steps to complete enrollment:

 

Step 1:

Contact the facility to ensure space is available for your child(ren)'s age group.

Step 2:

If space is available, ask to schedule a tour.

Step 3:

Upon completion of the tour, CLICK HERE to complete enrollment using the password provided by your director.

Ensure all applicable enrollment fees have been paid.
