Current Open Positions

1 Position Available – Lead Preschool Teacher (Ages 3–4) | $16/hr

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

 

• Must meet lead teacher credential requirements, including one or more of the following:

   

  • Child Development Associate (CDA)

  • Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC)

  • Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education/Development

   

• Applicants without the minimum credentials will not be considered

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a classroom in an organized and structured setting

• Must be knowledgeable about the Creative Curriculum and have experience creating and productively implementing lesson plans

• Demonstrated ability to build strong, professional relationships with an assistant teacher to ensure smooth classroom flow

• Up-to-date Pediatric First Aid & CPR certification

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

1 Position Available – Assistant Preschool Teacher (Ages 3–4) | $14/hr

Requirements:

​

• Up-to-date Pediatric First Aid & CPR certification

• Ability to follow direction, assist with daily classroom routines, and support the lead teacher

• Must be knowledgeable about the Creative Curriculum and have experience assisting in the creating and productively implementing lesson plans

• Dependable, attentive, and actively engaged with children

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

2 Positions Available – Lead Aftercare Teacher (Ages 5–13) | $16/hr

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable): 

*** This is a night shift position. ***

• Must meet lead teacher credential requirements, including one or more of the following:

  ​

  • Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC)

  • Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education/Development

• Must be knowledgeable about the Creative Curriculum and have experience creating and productively implementing lesson plans

• Proven experience collaborating effectively with assistant teachers

• Up-to-date Pediatric First Aid & CPR certification

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

3 Positions Available – Assistant School-Age Teacher (Ages 5–13) | $14/hr

Requirements:

​

• Up-to-date Pediatric First Aid & CPR certification

• Strong ability to follow instructions and support classroom activities

• Must be knowledgeable about the Creative Curriculum and have experience assisting in creating and productively implementing lesson plans

• Skilled in healthy conflict resolution and positive behavior guidance

• Highly interactive and engaged with children

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

2 Positions Available – Transportation Driver | $16/hr

Requirements:

​

• Must complete Georgia Transportation Training or already possess certification

• Ability to work split shifts, typically:

  ​

  • Morning: 6:00 AM – 8:30 AM

  • Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • End times may vary based on route; drivers may get off earlier or later as needed

  ​

• Up-to-date Pediatric First Aid & CPR certification

• Must be able to transport children to and from field trips

• Dependable, punctual, safety-focused, and professional

• Must be able to stay calm in stressful situations and chaotic loud environments

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

2 Positions Available – Morning Shift Openers | $14/hr without credentials / $16 with credentials

Requirements:

 

• Reliable and punctual with early morning availability

• Comfortable supporting classroom routines and child transitions

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

General Requirements for All Teaching Positions

All applicants must meet the following expectations:

• Fun, energetic, and highly interactive with children

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work any shift, including weekends

  • If you cannot work weekends, please do not apply

• Strong multitasking skills and patience

• Skilled in calm redirection, emotional regulation, and healthy conflict resolution

• Not dull—we are seeking teachers who bring energy, creativity, and excitement into the classroom

• Desire to grow within the company and be part of a long-term team
