6:30 AM – 8:15 AM | School Transportation | Elementary & Middle School Drop-Offs
Phoenix Kids Club provides coordinated school transportation for elementary and middle school students.
While the driver is completing middle school drop-offs, elementary school students who have already arrived back at the facility immediately begin homework time or quiet academic activities. This ensures no instructional time is wasted and children remain focused and productive.

2:00 PM – 4:15 PM | School Pick-Up & Facility Arrival | Elementary & Middle School Pick-Up • Facility Drop-Off
Students are safely transported back to the facility and transitioned into structured afternoon programming.

3:15 PM – 4:15 PM | Homework Assistance (High Priority) | Handwashing • Homework Session
Homework completion is a top priority at Phoenix Kids Club. During this dedicated session:

Staff closely monitor progress and provide guidance and redirection

Children are encouraged to focus, ask questions, and stay on task

If a child does not have homework, they are required to participate in:

4:15 PM – 4:25 PM | Toileting & Transition Break
A brief break allows children to reset before transitioning into enrichment and physical activity.

On full days out of school, school-age children follow a structured full-day schedule aligned with our preschool program to maintain consistency.
